The store seems very well put together. I never even got the chance to ask for help because it was offered to me by Carlos. thank you for your help man, you're awesome and highly skilled in what you do, you make your job look easy although I know it still makes you sweat. This man helped me pull a $450 order, help me load it in my cart and then proceeded to help me load my vehicle. Can ask for more help than that, hope to see you in a management position soon!

The worst store EVER!! Produce is always spoiled and it stinks in there. The stock situation is a complete mess, items are not on the shelf where they supposed to be restocked all the time, but they are on top of the shelf where you can’t reach them. Also, what’s going on with restocking during busy work hours, it’s impossible to get around the store, workers always walk around with these huge dollies and hand trucks without any caution. All shelf’s are always blocked with huge piles of restock that you can’t can’t even approach them. The stuff doesn’t care about anything there, they all obviously don’t won’t to work. At check out they pile stuff in the bags carelessly overweighting them so they break, just get another bag for crying out loud!! Workers are very dumb, they are completely clueless of the job they are doing. I don’t know how this store is not shut down by anyone, because they have issues with everything!! Dumpster, not a store!

Horrible customer service. They had the price wrong for water. They had it 2 for $5. And then rang up $12 for both. They said they ran out of the water so they filled it up with another, and said they won't honor that price. The cashier talked to the "Guy in charge" Lance and he was rude to me. The cashier kept talking to me in Russian after I repeatly said I only speak English. I've been shopping here for years, but they lost my business! I don't care about the water I didn't like they talked to me like I'm an idiot! The cashier's name was Nataliya. S9 if your looking for a store with good customer service don't come here!

They can do better with the customer service. The cashier that helped me, couldn't remember her name was very short and impatient. I don't think I will be going back

Super convenient location for locals, also provides adequate parking. Store carries fresh produce and meats, as well as fresh flowers. Great for picking up a few small items as well as the family/commercial-size items they're known for. During the busier hours the wait time for checkout can be long as there never seem to be enough cashiers available. Friendly staff and generally well-stocked inventory. Also, Smart & Final reusable bags are some of the biggest and longest-lasting out there!
