was greeted by a rep who i asked two questions he said both could not be done and basically said you have to do it manually. I went to another t-mobile store where they were much more helpful and they showed me how to do what I wanted to do.   Placed the sim card in my new phone without me asking i didnt want it there since my new phone was not set up.

I paid 600$ for my bill this month for SIM card it's your choice to choose this company or not if you choose it you'll pay 600$/mo for your bills

This store is always busy and a bit overwhelmed.  The staff does the best they can but you better be prepared with what you want and the current promotions.  The Hollywood Blvd\Sunset store seems to be more knowledgeable and a bit more laid back.

This store has the most ridiculous policy that's only specific to this location. I had been calling around to various t mobile locations in Hollywood trying to find a specific I phone model when I was informed by one of the employees there that they may or may not have said model but weren't allowed to reveal inventory over the phone..huh???
