This was literally one of the best customer experiences I have had at a retail outlet. I got there around 10:20 AM and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by Griselda who let me know there were 3 people ahead of me and told me to feel free to browse until they were ready. I probably waited less than 10 minutes.The store was clean and well air-conditioned and quiet. My salesperson was David, who was like the Michelangelo of telecommunication sales. Super nice guy, offered a lot of options but never pushy. Not only did he give me discounts and waive fees left and right, he was super open and transparent about everything and seemed to know minute details of every product from A to Z. But the best part was when he installed a new screen protector for me. After opening the new phone and protector and wiping the phone with a microfiber cloth, he spent about 5 minutes using the sticky side of a piece of tape to remove every possible piece of lint or dust from the screen and then very carefully and slowly adhered the screen protector by hand with a mechanical precision. It was like watching an artist at work. David got me a great deal on a new phone (and accessories), an upgraded and cheaper family plan for my brother and me, and because it was a new iphone they threw in a bunch of other things for free or discounted. And he was just a pleasure to work with in general. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I could. Bravo to David and the rest of the team there on going the extra mile for a great customer experience.

They have great deals. Much better prices than the other phone stores. At&t is reasonable and fair compared to the other ones. The staff is helpful and professional + friendly. Only when it comes to more complicated issues then the people who work there has limited knowledge. I wish there were more experts working there who could help fixing general phone issues.

Highly upset they closed the Support Center. That was such a helpful source. I didn't know they closed in December and they said to come in anyway so they can try to help. No one is knowledgeable like the Support team was and basically just tried to sell sell sell. I have been with AT&T since they were at&t and cingular. AT&T bring this back to this location!

After a terrible experience with an online pre-order, i walked into the store fuming. They quickly got me setup with the device i was unable to obtain online. Would highly recommend this location.
