Purchased gear s2 charging cradle replacement. There was only an s3 cradle available when I looked on the shelves. When I requested assistance I was directed to the associates who knew the technology best and was able to engage in conversation about the products for Samsung and compatibility. In the end the associate actually found the correct cradle charger in store in stock just simply placed behind the s3 chargers. I am writing this review just as I have left this location and would like to add that I have never received such great customer service from best buy associates and am grateful for their efforts. I do not live near this location but I will be using the extra resources to shop at this location because they obviously love what they do and actually use/care about the products they sell and the people they are selling them to. Thank you for your efforts!!

Great service. Out of stock often, doesn't carry many camera lenses. But does ship to home for free and order on line in store.

Waited 20 minutes in the Samsung area and asked three best buy employees to help, no one was able to help so we left.
