Came into store looking for help with a phone issue. 80% of all my calls go straight to voicemail. Spoke with Sprint representative Osi. He was by far the rudest customer service representative I have ever dealt with. He was short with his responses, talked down to me like I was stupid I guess he figured since I was a woman I didn't know what I was talking about. I was almost in tears, all he wanted to do was sell me a new phone he wouldn't even look at my old phone which is barely a year and a half old. I have always had great experience with the brand but this particular person should not be representing the company. I left I called the one 800 customer service number they were able to fix my phone while over the phone. I will never take my business to this particular store again I will never take my business to this particular store again!

I have been a customer with Sprint for 5 years. The company is great. The only time I have issues is when I go into this location. I will never go back and also plan to call the sprint fraud department when they open Monday. There were 2 major issues. The first was a few years ago. We upgraded a leased phone. They told us they couldn't take the old phone and they had requested for a box to be sent to our house to return the phone. It never came and Sprint tried to charge us for the phone. Eventually after calling customer service (went to the store first) they called the store and then they decided to take the phone and send it for us. Handed it directly to the store manager. Took another 3 weeks for sprint to receive it from them before everything was resolved. More recently. I went in thinking it's been a few years hopefully things are better. NOPE! They convinced us to get a tablet because they had a promotion making the tablet free, I just had to pay the $25 data plan. I was ok with that. Well this was 5 months ago and I am still getting charged monthly for this tablet. Sprint customer service and the corporate stores tell me I have to go to that store to fix it since they sold it to me. But every time I try they try to play it off like it is going to reflect on my next bill or they try to send me to a corporate store that can't fix it since it was this stores mistake.

Osita is simply fantastic! I was looking into new phones recently and when I stopped by a competing electronics store, the representative made me feel very uncomfortable--the two individuals I encountered clearly didn't want to help me and told me to go to the Sprint store--shocking but true, never encountered that kind of service there before. When I went over to this Sprint store, Osita helped me and I knew I wanted to buy a new phone due to his help. I also had a problem with my existing phone account and Osita's warm customer service was truly phenomenal--he made me feel very comfortable. He went above and beyond in taking care of me and took as much time as needed to resolve my problem, which he did. He was professional, friendly, and cared to do the job right in every way. I very much appreciate his help. I will definitely come to him in the future should I have any issues. See Osita if you want the best possible care and customer service! :)

I went in to look at an Ipad but nothing in stock and no demos. Store is sparse and everything I asked for needed to be "ordered" which I can do on my own. Try Best Buy instead which is just across the street.

Why is it that new customers always get the great new plans with better pricing? Why do us long time customers not get the same offer or even better since we have been loyal to Sprint for a good period of time? It seems as though we aren't as importantant once Sprint strung us in. I have had issues with my account since last September (9 months now). I have tried uncountable times calling, going to store locations and talking to countless service reps and managers. Not to mention the countless time I have spent doing so. Still..... it hasn't been resolved! Not to mention I have been paying double my normal amount during this time or Sprint threatens to shut off my phones! The reason my monthly bill is so high (doubled) is because one of their store manager's assured me that my bill would be considerably lower if I got this new phone that included a free one as well with a new line. I told her repeatedly that I didn't need another line. She kept assuring me that my monthly bill would then be cheaper by doing this and said just don't use the extra phone and I would save money! I was there for over 4 hrs while she was trying to make this work in the system. Needless to say...I am stuck with this useless extra phone and the extra phone line I am also paying for and my monthly bill is twice as high as before when all was trying to do was go into that store just to try and get my bill cost a little cheaper. I feel abused by this company. I have been trying for almost a year to get this taken care of and I cant seem to get past the supervisors/managers on duty. Then they say there's no one in a higher rank to speak to. Bull crud! By the way, this was at another New Braunfels store location and not at Creekside Way.
