Just not quite sure why Best Buy is still around... Just not enough selection of items, plus it's just not very green these days to have to heat and cool and light and clean a building... And it's land that could be better used for housing. With Amazon same day delivery coming to Flagstaff - they just selected the fulfillment center site which will help split deliveries out to Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Northern and Southern California there's a lot going to change on the retail front here. Flagstaff Mall just next door is doomed too. Don't get me wrong, I love electronics, but this is just such a 20th century way to shop...

These folks are very helpful at this store, and they usually stock what I need. I have always been pleased with their level of concern for their customers and they are relatively personable. In an age of buying everything online, these people give me a reason to shop in the store. Thanks everyone for remaining ethical, heartfelt and human in such a virtual world!

Chukwuka was the best sales men we've dealt with in Flagstaff. He was knowledgeable and friendly. No fake bs or stupid sales pitch. Thank you for make our experience painless and pleasurable.

It is a good place to buy stuff, customer service was not up to the challenge, but a few right people came and helped in the end and we're really thorough with advice about the products I bought.

Not an extremely large stock in computer parts and they're usually always out and the shortage of RAM and graphics cards aren't helping out. But general electronics it's a great store!
