I tried calling to speak to a manager, but Y'all must've been busy. Just wanted to say how very thankful I was for Kaitlyn's help! She walked me through all the steps on how to fix my problem with exactly the right tools! Great employee!

Consistently the worst Home Depot I've ever been to. Although you would never know it unless you're a contractor. Need help in hardware? Sorry, the employees are obviously to busy crushing boxes. Need help using the paint match system to pull up an indexed color. Sorry, I only know how to use the uncalibrated laser. What? You have a special order that you drove 40 miles to pick up? I know its your third time here, didnt I mention you'll receive an email when it gets here?

Home Depot #421, you've burned to many times, I'm gonna have to take it up the chain and start using your competitors.

Ordered a husky shelf online to be delivered in store. Got there and was told it was no longer available. Had yo return my money to my HD credit card...but the other home depot had 5 of them in store. So they phoned over there and told me they were having it pulled so that it would be ready when I got there. Item not pulled. The West store told me I had to order it online again and have it picked up at the east store. Got there... not pulled. Had to request them to pull it and they last the buck on the east store saying it should have transferred the order instead of having me re-order via online store. Not too mention as always there is never anyone available in the plumbing or drywall areas to help. Always a group of 3 or 4 in some secluded part of the store. I hate home depot. Wish there was a Lowe's to compete in flag. No such luck just 2 home depots to compete amongst themselves.

I'm now riding a scooter because of bad knees.  Every worker I came in contact with seen me on the scooter and continuously asked if I needed help.  This was so nice.  I was helped every step of the way.  Great customer service!!!!
