You ask for tires. They give you a price. You buy tires. They put them on. Its pretty simple.

I must have bought 10 sets of tires for my services trucks from these guys over the years. Every time they do a great job. It is true that if you do not set up an appointment then you may have to wait for an hour or so. But being that I can just drop in anytime a get good service is worth a few minutes of my time.  Keep up the great work!

Been using this establishment for years. The only problem I've had with them is that they have  no idea how to estimate how long their work is going to take (they always say 45 mins, but I've never had it take less than 1 and a half hours).

About a month ago I bought a new set of tires.  A week ago I had a slow leak in one of my tires and I brought my car in to have it fixed. Ended up having to get the tire replaced. While doing that they come and tell me that two of my lug bolts are cross threaded,  and then they tell me I must have done it when I put my spare on.

The problem here is that I never put my spare on. They put four tires on my car,  and then I brought my car back in while still riding on the tire with the slow leak.  They are the only ones to even touch my lug bolts, and somehow I cross threaded them?

At any rate they refused to do anything about the damage they did, and I got a $293 repair bill from the mechanic that replaced my wheel hub. You can imagine I won't be doing business with Discount Tire ever again.

They made me wait almost two hours for a pair of tires. I never even got my tires! I had to leave because I had work. For every call & every customer that comes in, they were also being told a two hour wait. UNACCEPTABLE! You are a Nationwide company! You should already have a system in place. People come to you for help. They should not be waiting two hours for that help! Thanks Discount. You were very helpful. 👎
