stars. I have never received so many excuses as to why they cannot or will not warranty hand tools. I have purchased Craftsman tools my whole life and will never purchase another thanks to this location.

Looking at snow blowers. All their best values were available online only and delivery time for store pickup was one month!! Are they bringing it to town on a horse-drawn carriage? What century is Sears working in?

Never ever going to deal with their auto center ever again! They took 3 hours for a standard brake job! unbelieveable how non coherent the staff is! They outsource for roter resurfacing! What place does that? This sears is one big joke waiting to go out of business. Only good thing is they gave me a discount for the inconvenience. That’s the only reason they get 2 stars !

Zero stars.  Waiting on fridge delivery for over two weeks and still.  Sears rescheduled our delivery twice without notifying us and there is no customer service person in AZ that can explain.  I keep getting transferred to a call center in India.  I have spoke with 6 people who haven't helped at all.  Cancelling my purchase and will never ever spend a dime at Sears.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've been trying to purchase a stove over the phone. I've left numerous messages with the appliance manager and I've never gotten a call back. I've tried to get ahold of the store manager and it just rings and rings and no one picks up. I've actually called a few times just to speak to someone in that department on different occasions and they will just pick up the phone and hang up. It's sad that what used to be an American institution has fallen so low. I saw the poor rating online and I understand stand why... It's a shame the instead of of doing a better job and working harder sears, specifically the Flagstaff location has slipped further and further into irrelevance.
