Nice store. I have used their staff several times to help solve problems I was having. They were very helpful. Good selection of items and are a reasonable price. I like that you can find something on line and pick it up in the store. One thing not specific to this store is that Best Buy in general needs to get with the times and move to a 30 day return period. Often when a purchase is a gift with a delayed period before it is used, I can talk through an exception, but this is far from hassle free. Again this is not a knock on this store.

Great visit to this location. They have a nice selection of items to look through, and the employees were helpful, making sure to stop by and see if I needed help. The employee that i talked to about keyboards was very helpful, he knew what he was talking about. All the employees were very friendly and polite! It's nice to see people who enjoy their job.

I did my appliances shopping here, Staff over here were very helpful,  We made multiple changes, requested price matches, without any hesitation She was helping us... One of our best shopping experience! Thank you!

They do not honor their best buy warranty that you pay for on computers. $400 for a warranty and every issue with the device results in "sorry we don't cover that you need to contact the manufacturer" so DO NOT buy laptops or computers from them

Went in today (11/15) for a laptop that was advertised online for 359.99. It was an older model laptop, last year's model. When I got there we talked to the salesman in the computer section about the laptop. He pulled out the laptop but before I bought it, suggested I buy this year's model and save 10 dollars on it compared to the older one. He offered me a coupon that he had saved on is personal email that basically made it cheaper than the clearance laptop I had originally came in for. Great customer service. He was all about helping me save money and get a better product. Ended up buying the new one over the old one!
