Store is very clean with a great variety. Employees at this location are super friendly and always available to help. One of the better locations I've been to in the Phoenix area.

I always liked Best buy.  Assistants there are very helpful.  It is unfortunate to see that they are closing stores.  This store seemed almost without people.  Maybe, since black Friday and cyber Monday were past.

Not the best experience with there car audio installation. I bought 1000 dollars of equipment to be installed on a sat. My appointment was cancelled by there installation technician. I ended up installing my own speakers, and rescheduled the appointment for the installation of the head unit. 
The head unit was installed and certain functions did not work, gaps and even spaces with the adapter kit, broken mounting clips. 
I brought my concerns to the attention of the technician. He told me that I needed modules to make those functions work. 
I asked him specifically if I had all the parts required to complete the install of the head unit before he got started. Because I did not want my dash to be taken apart multiple times on my new vehicle. 
Being the “expert” at this location, he did not recommend or bring to my attention the modules required for me to purchase for installation. He simple shrugged his shoulders and said I was not sold the parts and he did what his order was written for.
Being an “expert” I would have expected him to make the recommendations and try to meet or exceed expectations of a professional shop. Needless to say, I was disappointed with the installation. 
My experience was not a total wash. I brought my concerns to the attention of the Geek squad manager and he took care of me. I have another appointment scheduled to correct the lack of customer service and attention to detail by the technician.

Had my vehicles head unit installed at this location in July. When I picked it up, the price I was told was not what I was charged and after paying more than I was already told, I got into my vehicle and certain functions did not work, such as volume on the steering wheel controlling the head unit. I called back in and was informed that I needed an additional part that I did not supply them with, however, seeing as they are "experts" you would think that if they didn't see this part originally then they might offer it to you. The tech was very rude about this whole situation. Fast forward several months to October and I am trading in my vehicle and on the back of the paperwork it says they will swap out the head unit for the original one if you are to change vehicles, well I have now called the store 8 different times selecting the car audio installation option through their Geek Squad and not once has the phone been picked up. The customer service at this store is unbelievably horrific and should be addressed by the company themselves. After I get the head unit switched out (if someone ever answers the phone), then I will not ever be using this Best Buy or any other one in the future.
