I’ve bought all of my personal appliances from Spencer’s, and nowhere else, for years...because I know I’ll get great service, and they take care & answer my questions if I have any.  Great sales team & their delivery guys were courteous & knowledgeable about my products.  Being a business owner myself, it’s very important to let the public know when a company is doing everything right.  They need the feedback, so they can tweak any areas that need tweaking.  You don’t stay in business as long as Spencer's, however, if you’re failing your customers.  I’d give them 6 stars...but they only allow 5!  Great company to do business with!

We love Spencer's TV and Appliance.  We have been buying from them for years and we just purchased a new washer and dryer and refrigerator.  The thing i like best about them is that they steer you towards what you need, and away from "shiny objects" that you don't need and can be very expensive.  We were expecting to pay more for our washer and dryer, but after their suggestion, we purchased a different model that was substantially less expensive and we couldn't be more happy with our units.  We trust their expertise and honesty in business.

Our experience with Spencer’s was excellent. They provided great customer service and did not use high pressure sales tactics.  They did two price adjustments for us without question when I changed my mind on our stove and again when I found the stove at a lower price. I definitely would recommend anyone going there to buy their appliances. Special shout out to Keven and Roy for their excellent assistance.  Also,  we were very happy with the delivery and installation personnel.

I had an idea what model of washer and dryer that I was looking for. However, I needed assistance selecting a refrigerator. The salesman, Dave, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from his years in the appliance industry. I was able to make my decisions based on the information that was shared with me.  They have an extensive selection and competitive pricing.  This was a very satisfying experience following a horrible situation (poor customer service) I had the previous day at a home improvement store.

The delivery schedule was as the salesman had reported it would be.  I received a phone call on the morning of the scheduled day and was given a two-hour time frame for when my appliances would be delivered.  The delivery people arrived within the time frame and they were very conscious and courteous.  There was an issue with the washer connections and I was told exactly what would be needed for a plumber to repair.  I was also told that I could call for an additional appointment to have someone from Spencer’s to come out and check to be sure that the connections were good after the necessary wall valve repair.

I have already shared my very positive experience with others and I highly recommend Spencer’s for your appliance shopping.

The men that delivered my stove were very nice and quick. He even took time to set the time on the stove which was very nice of him. They also made sure to call and let me know of a window of time that they'd be here and called when they were 10 min away. Quick and efficient!
