Whenever I come out to shop here I don't have any problems getting help or answers (but usually have to seek someone out) - the strong sections are the geek squad and the mobile department. If I have a complicated computer/hardware question, the geek squad is really great. Also, the mobile center is amazing, especially Chris, whether you're buying a whole new phone or just getting a screen protector installed. I highly recommend these folks if you need anything mobile related.

Absolutely horrible! I would give Best Buy in Pueblo a great big ZERO if I could. No customer service, do not care about customers what-so-ever!!! Will never shop Best Buy again - this store ruined it.

I would give Best (or Worst) Buy in Pueblo a great big ZERO if I could. The staff at this store are absolutely HORRIFIC!!! Customer Service? - what is that they say... they walk right past you, talking with each other, ignoring you - the customer!!! Will NEVER step foot in this store again. Very sad!!!

They want the muscle me into $200 worth of f****** customer service their piece of s*** they gave me a computer that doesn't work and now they expect me to f****** be happy with it.
