Good service there, I bought my still working Iphone  2G there and it still is going! There was this one guy named mike who could help a lot. Very good prices, probably the cheapest way to get an IPhone.

Had a horrible experience at this store where one of their employees was very rude and clearly didn't care. This guy needs a basic training in handling customers and keeping his anger in check. There were no clear instructions on where to sit once we get an appointment time. Needs a better process. There is a sense of confusion in the place. They need to either number their tables or clearly put a placard or sign on the table saying technical etc etc. so their employees can guide customers better and more clearly to the appropriate table on crowded days.
The only saving grace was the manager who was really sweet and listened to my concerns and worked to fix it. Also a special mention to Aarti who was very professional and sweet and helpful. The one star is purely for the manager and the wonderful girl.

Called ahead and asked if I could walk in or did I need an appointment.  After being told that I could walk in I was told I had to wait an hour to see a technician--an hour just to see a technician.  I would be nice if they would tell you there will be a substantial wait when you walk in.  Even if you see a technician, you will have to sit at on a very uncomfortable wood  stool--hmm, maybe so you will get up and buy something?  Had a much better experience at the Easton store.

Went to store to get new phone battery. They took my name and told me to wait at a table. While waiting for 10 minutes, someone came up to me and asked me what my name was. He proceeded to tell me that someone sent me to the wrong table and we would have to wait a little longer when NO ONE made any effort to find us for our appointment. While waiting, a worker who was helping another customer said "Anything else I can do for you? If not, I am going to take my break". Not only is this an unprofessional thing to say to a customer, but it was 45 minutes before the store was closing. Ended up standing up and walking out of store because of frustration and unprofessionalism of workers.

They are extremely unorganized and for some odd reason, the employees come off as pretentious. I’ve had numerous problems with these “top of the line” products failing and all have been deemed to be non-user defects. Buying Apple care is a nice peace of mind, but when it comes time where you have to use it, you’ll have to wait an hour to be seen and be without your laptop for a week.
