They are a joke, spent 2.5 hours there to buy a TV and sound bar, ran credit, was approved, not the TV I wanted was no longer in Stock bit they had a model that was 500$ more expensive. Once I told them no thanks, I would go elsewhere they hounded me for furniture and appliances all the way out the door. Will never shop here again

Worse follow up I have ever seen. Everyone was great thru the purchase of $4500 of furniture and appliances but once there was an issue with both the furniture (delivered the incorrect furniture) and the fridge (fridge had dent in the door) and we called to speak to a manager and after not getting a call back we made a trip to the store and were told by the manager that he wasn't planning on calling us back, he was going to let the GM handle it tomorrow. Then the following day when I was told the GM would give me a call, I never received that call and had to call the store again. John the GM informed me that he wasn't planning on calling me back for 2 days until Andrew our salesman was back to work so "he could get his side of the story" I let him know that this was unacceptable and a phone call on the day I was promised a call was expected. He then advised me that he would have to call me back the following day.....I finally received a call in the late after noon. We ended up opting for a different furniture (conveniently the furniture that they sold us did not come in the color we thought we were getting). We had to pay an additional $400 for the other furniture and did so that day over the phone. I then received a phone call back from John informing me that the new furniture would not be available for 3 - 4 days and that he would be checking on it at the beginning of the week and call me back. finally after 6 days and no follow up phone call and one very upset boyfriend I called them back and once again got the very sweet girl on the phone who took my info and was told that if we did not receive a call back that evening my boyfriend would be loading up the wrong furniture that is still sitting in our living room and driving it to the store and dropping it off the next day and we would not be purchasing anything from them, About 30 minutes later I received a call from Brian or maybe Brad (manager on duty) telling me that he called John at home and as of yesterday the furniture still did not show available but he checked on it again before he called me and it is now available and "when can we set up delivery".........needless to say, we are taking the furniture but they will never ever get a bit of our business in the future. I too work in customer service and I personally would be ashamed of myself and my company after an interaction like this. I realize that mistakes happen. My biggest issue was not even the mistakes made....it was the fact that after we spent almost $5000 the manager and the GM both did ot consider our business important enough to follow up like we were told they would do. Just something as simple as a phone call letting us know that we weren't forgotten about would have left a great impression with us. But now you have lost a potential customer for any future household appliances or furniture.
