Salesperson did an excellent job assisting me as I purchased a new phone.  Did not try to up-sell out of desired price range.  Knew products on hand and was easily able to compare different models.  Offered an open boxed item at excellent pricing still with original factory warranty.  Transferred all information from old phone, installed SIM, tested phone and installed screen protector.for me.  Happy customer.

I came in just looking for info on somethings and Steven Schires did just that,didn't try to sale me anything just gave me the info I was looking for. I would like to that Steven for being awesome at knowing the products I was looking at, and going above and beyond. I will definitely come back when I'm ready to get what I need. Thanks again Steven for being so knowledgeable and helpful with everything.

I've gotten great deals here before , but this last visit nobody came over to help me although several associates were pretty busy leaning on the counter. I was hoping for more info on a printer I was buying, so I went over to Staples instead and got some great service. I love the new printer!

Went in looking for headphones with my fiancée and ended up looking at the fridges (because who doesn’t love looking at new fridges).  Our associate, Matt, was very helpful and fun to work with ... not pushy at all, but still gave us all the info we needed even though we weren’t serious about buying a fridge. We ended up coming back the second day to buy a fridge and when the price went up after 1 day, Matt helped bring it back down and made the whole process seamless and easy. Thanks Matt!

My wife and I have been trying to find a computer that would suit our needs.  We have been trying to narrow down the right one for us.  With the help of Dallas and the manager of the Computer Department, we were able to find the right computer at the right price.  Thanks guys for your help.
