If you want to go explore the electronics world then you must go to Best Buy. This place is fantastic if you want to touch and feel before you make a buying decision. There are so many different options for laptops, TVs, music systems, headphones, game CDs and other mobile devices. You can even try different headphones as music systems before buying it. The staff is really helping but you might need to have patience before they attend to you. Overall a very good experience.

I bought a number of things the Best Buy over the years including two computers. I went in to buy a power cable for my TV and a couple of other cables. I asked him was sent one place and they sent me to an island already been to nobody seemed willing to want to wait on me. I left and ordered from Amazon. I had a very good experience a couple of months ago when I bought a washer and dryer there. It was handled well and delivered on time the next day. If I was reading this experience, it would be a 5. Experiences like this let me help me make that a 3 instead of A1 or 0

Yesterday I needed a screen protector for my new cell phone.  Since the last one they recommended was like new on my old phone, I wanted to be sure I got the same type for the new phone. They found it and installed it on my phone.  They reminded me it has a lifetime guarantee.  That was a small purchase but I have purchased printers, computers, a home entertainment system, a variety of appliances and the list goes on.   They have installed a TV that was a gift and purchased elsewhere.  I have always had very good customer service and found their prices to be very competitive.

Good people offering lots of help, but the prices still can't beat Amazon. I traded in a laptop for cash and that's the only reason I went shopping here. They have a great variety of quality products, but the prices can be beat. My suggestion, look at what you want here if you have to, and then buy in Amazon.

I gave it three stars because it is a mix of 2 and 4 stars. Sometimes parts are mislabeled on price or parts are gone altogether. I work on computers for work and they are one of the only big games in town left if I need something that day. Service is also sometimes hard to find. Sometime I will call with one answer and show up for them to tell me something entirely different. “Meh :/“ describes this place best.
