After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, I will never, ever, do business with these rude ass pricks again. Their manager hung up on me because I was irritated that they wanted to charge me $190 for overnight shipping on a 1lb, 1" x 36" antenna. My cost through UPS is $27. I begged them to use my account and was simply told no and hung up on. I called back and requested to speak to the owner who had a worse attitude then the manager.. she couldn't believe I was upset over this, and simply didn't care, as she's ready to close the business down... her words, not mine.

Well, good riddance! And thank god for Amazon. Absolutely worthless and disrespectful people. What a shame! Stay clear!

Call your order in. They will assemble it and you can pick it up on the office up front. Only place I will by parts from. Excellent!

Pretty good store for CB radios. Used to have a display case back in the old days 10 to 15 years ago. Never had a problem though with service or orders with these guys
