Came in to buy a new gaming computer and ran into Mike. He knew the inventory very well and was able to quickly determine what my needs were. The PC I wanted was not in inventory, but Mike made it easy for me to pick the computer up at the St. Matthews location. Would purchase here again

I was greeted and ask if I needed help as soon as I walked through the door. Was sent straight to the product I came to buy. Was greeted at the product and all of my questions was answered. The cashier was the most well mannered and friendly cashier I have dealt with in a while. Great experience would recommend to everybody. I really just want to say thank you to the staff at Best Buy.

Went in on Monday and bought a laptop....easy purchase!  The associate was more than helpful.......I was in and out!!  Also bought an antenna for an extra TV at home...they helped me purchase the perfect one!!  Thanks!!

Told me even know I was Elite when I made the purchase that the new year for my account had started and I could only get a refund on a gift card Trash place trash return policy.  Rude and disrespectful employees just stick to Amazon for your purchase your return policy is way better
