“Couldn’t be done” they said, “your car doesn't allow a remote start” they said. “You might could, but you would lose a key, rig the door locks, flip a switch, tap the back bumper with your heel all while holding the fob button in the on position” they said....

So I called Roberts, where a very confident employee explained that if it could be done, Robert’s had the best chance.  And now my wife wont freeze her booty off in the cold!  

These  guys were really great.  When I called I had already spent time with a different shop in town, (great place too, just wasn’t able to get it done), so I had a ton of questions, almost an interrogation with they guys here.  They were all very patient with me and my interrogation and really dove into the research to make sure that it really could be done before they wasted my time.  A few calls later they were able to confirm with everyone involved that they could in fact complete the job. Now my wife(who is born and raised in sunny Florida) wont have to freeze in these fridges temps!

When we were on Vacation my truck was broken into, and I plan on taking it to Robert’s for a better alarm solution.

Came here to have my windows retinted which would have been expensive. Was told that the tint already on was perfectly fine and done very nice. So they added some tint to bring it up to my expectations. Love their honesty which saved me a lot of money and time.  They did a fantastic job and now looks beautiful!  Been here before and will definitely come back in the future! Highly recommend!

So I live nearby, and over the past 10+ years I have used Roberts for a variety of things, from window tinting to several other issues like adding an AUX cable to an old Honda Odyssey. They have always been kind and professional in all that they do, and have treated my wife and me with respect. That's not always the case when you go to an aftermarket place like Roberts. Many are tun by 20--somethings and rarely treat the customer with kindness and deference. On the contrary, I spent a good deal of time yesterday with one of the senior salesmen who carefully explained exactly what was going on with the OEM DVD player in our 2011 Odyssey. 

Basically, we all want to be treated with kindness and respect. Not all places like this do that, but Roberts stands out. That, and they really do a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue when there's a problem, and care about doing the job right. They have creative solutions to problems, and it's easy to tell that they know exactly what they are doing. Normally I would NOT take this kind of time actually to write a review for an aftermarket stereo business, but when you receive professional work, courtesy, and a fair price, then it's easy to brag on such a great local business. 

There is a reason why local car dealerships choose Roberts to add in "dealer installed" options, while retaining full new-car warranties. Anyhow, great guys, fair prices, lots of customer service, and usually work quickly to get you back on the road.

I had remote start installed there. We had some issues that were my fault. They still did everything they could to work around and make sure it was convenient for me. Best customer service hands down. Ask for Chad.

Best experience I've ever had with window tint. Cheeks was efficient and did an excellent job. I was in and out in no time.
