I received the worst customer service ever here.  The employee Matt would rather argue with me about getting a manger on the phone instead of finding one.  Which my problem was that my card was charged $980.41 when I was only supposed to be charged one time for the washer and dryer set. Then it was not a top priority for the staff. I had to try to get a manger on the phone but had to show up in person for a week straight for me to get a refund.  Then it was said that my bank was holding the money however when the buttons that were need to be pushed for me to get my money back.  The very next day bright and early it was in there which shows it was hhgregg who did not want to give the money or cared about giving the money back on something that was not my fault. They never gave me anything for my inconvenience although $980.41 is a lot of money for someone who lives check to check.  Plus the rude staff this was a horrible experience. Then I was told this does happen a lot then I was told it was rare that this happen. So which one is it because is a problem and this should get fixed.  No one cared if that was all the money I had and could get back and forth to work but I guess this is what customer service is. When your doors are open because of people sending their hard earned money with you they deserve respect and courtesy of the staff.  SMH worst experience ever of people just not caring.

Don't EVER buy the warranties. If you want to pay extra money for nothing-- then this is where to spend that money. For computers they cover the stuff that's not likely to fail. For laptops the power supply's aren't covered. The batteries aren't covered. I had an all-in-one PC with an external power supply-- it wasn't covered. They cover stuff that in 1998 had problems, but not the common stuff.

I've bought all my appliances and computers through this company because I have a card and they offer interest free financing. That's the only reason. When I go in, everyone is standing around, I have to pretty much help myself. I'm savvy enough to know what I want, but half the time I pick out a computer 'they don't have it' and they give me another computer for comparable price. But even then it's a hassle.

They act like they know what they're doing take 6 hours to fix something and still comes out broken wtf 😩😩😩😩

Absolute liars. I was told by TJ that the HHGREGG card was NOT a credit card after asking FOUR different times. Then two days later I get a credit score alert. I was fully prepared to spend full balance when I walked through the door. TJ knew this when he approached me for assistance. I am severely and angrily disgusted and disappointed with a store with employees that ; with managers right next to their sales people during the transaction, let them lie to a customer for a sale. If I were to EVER do this at my company, I would lose my job. Unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

Horrible management. They don't know what true customer service and doing what it takes to earn a customer's business means.
