Glad to see them go. This was not a good company. I felt so bad for there employees and there prices are so high.

All HHGregg stores feel like I'm walking into a store that is going out of business. The layout is just so wide open and plain looking that it looks like they are even selling their shelves. They are a nice place to view products before purchasing, but most large items are not in stock and require shipment from their warehouse. In my case, I watched all the details of my order be placed, have a shipment date on the ticket, but come the date my order did not arrive. Upon contacting the regional manager the order was corrected and I was given some compensation for the delay, but I had plans for it to arrive on the day I had scheduled.

They also offer an extended warranty like many other big ticket stores, however theirs is the most overpriced I have ever seen and it doesn't even cover accidental damage.

Staff at this location are friendly and just waiting to assist you when you walk in the door.

Good clean store, by far largest selection of TVs and appliances in town. Even a nice selection of furniture and beds. Staff are all friendly and free delivery on just about anything!

came in to buy a washer and dryer. my salesman was very nice and educated with me until i had to leave because an employee named kevin pursued to cuss me out after i had a question. Great sales service from the first young man, the older gentleman lost my business for life!
