Where do I begin, after sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes I get a phone call and choose to stay in the truck and finish the call before walking in. That extra couple minutes in the truck blew the entire 45 minutes early that I was because I was so far down the list they couldn't get to my truck that day. Went back the next day 45 minutes early and got on the list, got the call at 7:30 p.m. that they were done, great lock it and leave the keys in it and we'll pick it up later. Go to pick it up in the passenger side window was down and it had been snowing so I wasn't thrilled about that. After trying to put the window up with the button we realize the window don't go up and it has somehow become broken while it was there. The reason I know this because when you slide the window up into place and close the door the window slides down my son had driven that car 10 miles without a problem to get it there that day. Overall extremely bad experience.  Definitely will not be going back there for the stereo and speakers for the Jeep.

Here’s my story:
I visited another Mickey Shorr location and they were booked for the day. I called this location, explained what I wanted done and that I would drive the 12 mins to their location if they could get the started installed today. He assured me they could finish the job today, if I drove there right away.

I showed up at this location, and they were helping one customer. I announced that I had just called about getting my started installed today. They must work on commission and not be able to help two customers at once. I sat there for 20-25 minutes while they finished up. When it was my turn, they informed me that I could come early next week to get the work done.

Basically, they said whatever they needed to in order for me to enter their store and try to sell me. Totally misrepresented themselves.

I will not be returning to this location, and I suggest you go elsewhere with your business.

Had cause to visit here just last week. Was very impressed by their friendly assistance, even though they were unable to help. What I had purchased somewhere else did not work and they were kind enough to not charge me. Good people.
