Great customer service. Had an issue with a product I bought almost a year ago. As one associate tried to fix it another helped me pick out a replacement. They couldn't fix it gave me a full refund on the broken one.

Amazingly beautiful women and electronics store for all are needs cyber Monday and black Friday shopping was greatness. Great deals and opportunities on discounts on appliances and other house hold products that helped me and my family out alot for the holidays.......you won't be disappointed................. I swear.....

I like how they have changed the layout of the store. It makes it easier to find what you are looking for. The staff is friendly, but I felt like they could have been more knowledgeable about certain products, including tablets. We had to do a lot of research on the android tablets, to get a comparison on the ones they were selling. Just listing the specs, is not a very good way to compare tablets. After researching one of the galaxy tabs, we discovered it had been discontinued, and Samsung was no longer supporting updates for it.
