I live about 800 miles away but I saw a gas dryer that I wanted at this Sears Outlet. I called to get some detail and spoke with Janie on a Saturday. She answered all my questions and even sent me pictures of the item since the website only had 1 picture. She also let me know that the price had just been reduced on the item in the store but the reduction had not hit the website yet. She could have just let it ride since I would never be in the store, but she was honest and gave me the reduced price. The website charged the full amount but she refunded the difference on Monday and texted me to let me know that the dryer was picked for shipping on Monday when it was not expected to happen until Wednesday. This has been a great experience so far and the dryer will cost less than 1/2 of even a sale price in a retail store even when you factor in shipping! I hope the shipping doesn't take too long and the product is in as good a shape as advertised. I plan to update this after it arrives, but so far my experience has been great.

Install not completed as agreed. Person at store, who identified herself as assistant manager, was rude and hateful. We were told we had not paid for professional installation, and that we already had the product purchased in our possession, (not the case) and no guarantee installation would be completed but she would call delivery service. I heard back from delivery company around 8:45 pm. They were apologetic and confirmed they had been given the wrong phone number by Sears. Delivery will be 9 days after purchase, 6 days later than agreed when we paid for dishwasher.

Price was perfect, delivery made within 24 hours of purchase, delivery service reps were excellent. Would shop here again in a heartbeat.
