Do you not use this sprint store. Management and sales reps are completely unprofessional and have no idea how to do their jobs properly. It took me getting in contact with the store District Manager to have my account fixed after a sales rep had screwed my account up so bad that I was left with a $500 bill of transactions that should not have occurred without my knowledge as well as not even being discussed during the point of sale. I relocated to another state and had been told that I would have to take care of the arising issues with this store, 14 hours away... I contacted the store for over a month trying to get in touch with a manager, the management staff would not return my calls and claim they NEVER received my information or I would be hung up on. I asked MULTIPLE times for their district managers information and they claimed that they did not have his information available to give to me... I finally contacted the Seneca Sprint store and their wonderful MOD gave me the information I requested within 5 minutes and apologized on the Killarney Plazas behalf. I spoke with the District manager who was not even aware of the issue and he took care of what I had been dealing with for over a month in less than 15 minutes. Not only did they mess my account up so bad but I also had my phone temporarily shut off due to a non-payment I could not afford to make at the time and had to schedule a payment arrangement just to turn to my phone back on. This store needs a SERIOUS management turn over and reps need to be properly trained to provide excellent and accurate service to sprint patrons.

Third time coming in to upgrade my phone. Every time I'm told it'll be about 30 minutes. I've now been here 45 minutes and nothing has happened except 3 employees clocking out and leaving, while another stands around talking and stocking phone cases. Not sure where this "great service" I read above is, but it's definitely not at this location. Just another reason to leave sprint behind. Mediocre cell service and awful customer service. If this weren't the only store near my home I wouldn't have come back after the first disappointment. What a joke.

Been a Sprint customer for 10 years and have worked with numerous Sprint stores from coast to coast and hands down this store is the WORST!!!! And has been for years. Really the management of this store needs changed or something because every time I go in there I swear I will never go back but 1 or 2 years later I give them another try thinking it may have changed but I am even more disappointed than the last time. Trust me, if you want a friendly, customer service oriented experience this is NOT the place to go. Make the trip to the West side or go to the one at Kellogg and Greenwich just west of Wal-Mart by the pet store. I gave it 1 star because it won't let me give it zero or worse.

Awesome store!!! Staff is extremely friendly. Spoke to several employees while there about the issue I was having with my phone and every single one of them was super nice even though customers were getting irritated and being rude because they were short handed. I will definitely go to this store again.

Must be paying employees to write fake positive reviews on here instead of helping customers. I had a horrible experience with customer service here. Bad attitudes not even pretending to want to help people. Avoid this place at all costs. Sprint is awful, but so are the other carriers. At least set yourself apart by being pleasant to work with.
