If you are at the Rose Ave store in Oxnard, ask for Tim. I went in looking for an ikfer technology that I hadn't realized is phasing out. Tim took extra time to analyze what I actually need, offering multiple suggestions and asking questions until we found the exact right equipment. I purchased something much better and more suitable than what I went in for. Thanks Tim!

Pretty decent store. Most of the staff (aside from a couple) could care less about being there. I went in to buy a computer and couldn't get anyone to help me. They obviously don't work off commission. I actually had to ask someone who worked for HP to help me after both supervisors gave me the brush. I would have walked out if they had had what I was looking for at Frys. I give it three stars only because the young man the HP lady got to assist was very polite.

The cashier and the manager was really helpful. They did a price match on my router and modem and that saved me $45.00. I wish best but would have had the prices lower in the first place but the service was good and the staff was very friendly in helping me find what I need and save me some money.

Don't buy a TV here. I bought a brand new 73" Samsung TV, I thought I was getting a better deal by selecting an open item TV. I paid $2286.98 with Tax. I brought the TV home and after a couple of days it had some lines and a blue area on the screen. I took the TV back and was denied an exchange or refund. I was definitely robbed by Best Buy. The store manager Tim Favis said I damaged the TV and they couldn't take it back even though there is no physical damage to the TV.
