Shady workers, poor customer service only interested in getting you into a lease phone to keep you stuck.  Asked to speak to their manager and spoke to Gerry Carrillo. Horrible incompetent manager  I guess they give manager position to anyone now a days. I asked him that all I wanted from him was to buy a phone and not to lease it. I will be reporting him and his branch to corporate

Their customer service sucks. Johnson store sent me there because they were no longer a repair center and said they'd be able to replace my phone for free since I had insurance because my phone turned off and didn't turn back on, they told me they couldn't do anything about it and that their systems/computers were down yet they were helping customers get new phones... doesn't add up. Anyways they told me I had to go all the way to TO to the Apple Store.. they are helpless I recommend sprint on Johnson dr if you want to be helped they have great customer service the only sad thing is they are no longer a repair center.. I would much rather give them my money than to these horrible customer service representatives!!!!

Seeing all the bad reviews on here, I was dreading going there today.
But a young lady named Illy helped me and she was amazing!
Smart, very knowledgeable , and super nice. She explained my different options before hand but wound up fixing my problem with the least troublesome one of those.
Thanks to Illy I had a 5 star experience. She is a shining star at Sprint.

Not one employee welcomed me nor did anyone asked if they could help me with anything. After I found what I needed I saw 3 employees who were not helping any customers and not one asked to help me. So I had to ask a group of them if they would help me and they all looked at each other as if I was crazy. So it wasn't until Robert stepped up and helped me. He was quick, polite and knowledgeable.  I'd give them a 1 star rating if it wasn't for Robert. The supervisor seemed lazy. Be ready to wait and  be ignored.

I'm very disappointed with the customer service I received from all of the staff at this Sprint store that includes the greeter all the way to the assistant manager. They were very rude and gave no effort what so ever to help me leave the store feeling confident with them as my cell phone carrier. To anyone who reads this, I advice you do not use Sprint! Seriously, walk away! The prices aren't worth it, you'll end up spending two years with them and regret it.
