My experience at this new Sprint store was FABULOUS!!! The service was top notch and our entire experience was excellent, all of this stems from the young lady the helped me with a new contract and all new phones for us, her name is Trey. All the other employees were also nothing short of excellent but Trey was 'our own personal Sprint consultant', she was attentive, knowledgeable and made our experience a joy. I know excellent customer service, I work at Disneyland and she embodies our manta of... 'Create Happiness and Exceed Our Guests Expectations' I have already shared with dozens of people that the Rose Ave., Oxnard Store is THE location to visit and that Trey is the professional to seek out! Great Job!

the service is so bad. I opened 2 new lines here from Dec 6 2016, they offer many promotion, one of them was 30 day satisfaction, but when I return device they didn't give me return package on time (it's nearly 1 month later they must send me return package, and just I came the store complain many times). And when the package is on the way to their company, they charged me due fee, cut down my service (two lines service, 100$/month, 2 new S7 edge phones). And the manager of this store can not help any thing, I counted more than 05 times come forward and back this store to work on it, call for help (but no one pick up phone, no help so far). I and my wife are so unhappy with their service, and we will fight for the right.

I went on black Friday to get the promotion 5 lines for $100, and it's been 3 months and I'm over $300 and the phones that I supposed to get free theere charging me for 2 free phones, they staff need better training and have experience of what they are doing so people ask questions and take your time

Es la peor red inalámbrica que hay, en muchas arras sólo agarra 3g pésimo. Los vendedores son unos mentiroso que con tal de vender te mienten. Te dan un plan de 5 líneas por $90, Cella gratis PERO AL FINAL DALES PAGANDO HASTA $160 POR MES. POR FAVOR NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR.
