Can't speak to the prices, but the service was excellent.  My mom bought her new TV there and she had trouble hooking it up.  We went back together and staff was excellent in helping us understand the issue.

They took our money for a washer and dryer and sent it via a 3rd party. They were supposed to call 40 minutes before arrival. Called when they were at our house. Bad mouthed us to our neighbor. Refused to do anything about it. Price dropped next day. They owed us $100 and refused to credit us. Had to tell them to take the washer and dryer back.  Then they have us the money. Horrible

Bought a refrigerator there as we updated our Kitchen. Staff was easy to deal with and game me various purchase items. Delivery was on time and the staff was professional.

This store was a life saver!! Nobody had air conditioners left when mine died. This store did and when I got there they immediately helped me get the one I wanted and loaded it in my car. Quick, friendly service!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, I was looking to buy a washer and dryer combo and for a few minutes no one was able to help.  When I went to the device desk the Spanish short hair blonde lady there was so rude I stand there and she doesn't even ask if I needed help and when she did she was very rude, I told her I needed someone in that department she said well no one can help you because their not available, I said ok will there be someone available soon? She said no I don't know I can't answer that because I don't have too many sales people! WTH! She said manager is too busy to assist you also.  Mind you I was looking to spend over $1,000!!! Never will I shop here ever, and they need to send that lady to some proper customer service training if not she needs to work in another field.  From what I see in these reviews is not the first time someone complains about this rude lady!
