Good deals here. Sucks they're going out of business!

Don't ever get anything from HHGreg!! We got a couch from there last week and STILL haven't gotten it! We were supposed to get it on the 3rd got told by someone that they couldn't deliver it something to do with the dc or whatever. Ok fine cool. It will come Saturday... TODAY. My fiancée  calles to make sure we are getting it today... NOPE!! SAME FREAKING PROBLEM!! We can't get it until Tuesday now... If I don't get it then, then I don't want the damn couch and I want the freaking money I put down on it back. Ugh!! I'm tired of only having 2 small comfortable chairs and having people sit on HARD WOOD CHAIRS. OR ON THE FLOOR. I NEED MY COUCH!!

Go else where, the prices are great but you will never receive your product. We have been waiting for a refrigerator that we purchased for a month!

I recently bought a house and had to get all new appliances, first order was great. Prices were phenomenal, delivery was on time the set up was okay (they kinked some of my cords for the washer). Second order was absolutely terrible. They not only didn't deliver on time, noone bothered to call and say they wouldn't deliver. It came in damaged. All around they had poor communication and I was not happy with them. It took two weeks for something to be delivered when I was told in store it would be delivered two days later. I was not happy with the service. I will not be ordering anything from them again if this is the way they run things. This is more from the store end them the company as a whole.
