Wow. The worst EVER!! My husband and I bought a TV from HHGREG last week Lancaster, PA. We were looking around the store and needed help. All the employees were just hanging out at the checkout desk. We finally got someone to help and he wasn't that helpful. We told him we were interested in buying a TV. We asked him about a bunch and finally figured out the one we wanted. It was in the box and "brand new" but someone had taken out the remote. So we asked him if we could have it and to get a remote form the store. We asked if that was the only thing wrong and they gurateed us that it was. We got the TV home and it was missing the power cable. We found a cable in our home that matched it and used it to see if it worked. It worked then we tried the remote. It was broken. We then called the store and spoke with Jason. I explained what we were misisng. He was so unhelpful. I asked if we could return the TV and get a new one. He said they only have the floor model. He also said they could not give me a power cable or a new remote. I asked if I could talk to a manager and he said they can't do anything. WHAT??? I called VIZIO and they will be sending us the new items we need! NEVER AGAIN! No wonder you are going out of business!

HHGregg is THE WORST company EVER!!! DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! We ordered a dishwasher and waited a week for delivery. THEN after it was installed realized it wasn't even the right model we ordered. We spent over $1,000 and here we sit two weeks later, and we still don't have the correct dishwasher. They blamed packaging for putting the wrong model in the box. My husband and i are furious to say the least!!!

HHGregg is a JOKE of a company! Never in my life have I experienced such poor service all around. My husband and I went to HHGregg in Lancaster, PA on 11/20/2016. On that day, we purchased a 4-piece, black stainless steel kitchen set. At the time that we ordered, the microwave was currently on back-order. We were told by the salesman that it would likely be back in stock in roughly a week, so we figured, no big deal. Since the microwave and dishwasher both required installation, the salesman set up the delivery of our refrigerator and range for 11/26/2016, and he set up a separate delivery for the microwave and dishwasher for 12/01/2016. Again, no big deal. Well, we actually got the first delivery containing the refrigerator and the range on time. However, the delivery team backed up too far/too quickly and hit our deck with their truck! That isn't even the worst part; we went away for the weekend after the refrigerator had been delivered, and when we came back, our kitchen smelled badly. We opened our refrigerator and found that everything inside it was warm and spoiled. We called LG's repair service, and a technician came to our house the next morning. The tech reported that the compressor on our brand-new refrigerator was totally fried! Oh, and not to mention, the range had a 3 inch scratch on the front of it. I called HHGregg to tell them this, and they initially offered $300 off of our total bill. Seriously?! So, at this point, we had a dead fridge, a range with a scratch on it, and still no microwave or dishwasher... what good was $300?! After speaking with the store manager about my terrible experience, he we decided to upgrade our refrigerator, free-of-charge, to the next better model to compensate for all of the nonsense. However, the new fridge was on back-order, too. So, we brought our minifridge up from the basement to try to hold us over until the replacement came. At the time, I felt mostly satisfied but still frustrated. Little did I know, things were only going to get worse! I called the store this past Monday, 12/19/2016 (a MONTH after we originally purchased everything), to see what was going on. Keep in mind, on that day, we STILL had our old microwave, our old dishwasher, a scratched range and a dead refrigerator. The store manager told me that everything had just come in stock and that ALL FOUR pieces would be delivered today, 12/22/2016. I clarified with him several times that ALL FOUR pieces would be coming today, and he confirmed this. Well, this morning, the delivery team calls me to tell me that they were 40 minutes away from my house. I ask them if they have all four pieces, and they do not. They said that they only have the refrigerator and the range, and that the microwave and dishwasher would be coming on a separate truck today due to them needing installation. Okay, that makes sense. I waited an hour and a half from the time that the delivery team called me, and I then called the Mechanicsburg store, as I still hadn't heard from the installation team. The lady at the Mechanicsburg store couldn't even find my microwave or dishwasher in the system at first! Finally, she said that she found them, but that the delivery wasn't scheduled until 12/29/2016!!!! Remember, we initially purchased the microwave and dishwasher on November 20th, and now they're not coming until a month and a half later, despite the fact that Lancaster's General Manager personally confirmed that they would come today?! So, I called the Lancaster store. The General Manager wasn't in, so I spoke with the manager on duty. She moved the delivery up to 12/26/2016... even though it was supposed to come TODAY. She said there was nothing they could do and had no idea why the date as changed. I will NEVER deal with HHGregg again, and I will continue to spread the word and encourage others not to support them as well. ***UPDATE*** I just wanted to say that today, 1/27/17, marks 2 months and 1 week since we purchased the microwave and dishwasher on 11/20/16. WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED OUR ITEMS!
