I was frustrated looking for a bus microphone for a Christmas gift. I think the kid working in the camera area read my mind. He came over and offered to help me. He walked with me to the computer area instead of just pointing me in the right direction.  He even made suggestions on the mics to get. My friend was thrilled with the microphone. I never would have bought that kind if it weren't for the patient salesman. I was on the verge of getting a gift card!

Always nice and clean. And looking at the negative reviews are mostly by impatient people. There are some that are warranted, but my experience has always been good.

They re-installed the car radio I had bought that wasn't working after a month for free. Now I am jamming again. Thanks Best Buy

I am very disappointed in this store, I have been a very loyal customer, I have bought my appliances, game systems for my boys, tv's, phones etc but today all I wanted was to upgrade my phone, i waited in line for about 2 hours and the employee had a customer she was helping she said it'd  be about 30 min,  well 1 1/2 later I'm still there, the only reason I waited was because I was dropped off and didn't have a car to leave, well my ride finally showed up and I left. As I was leaving I ran into the manager and he asked if everything was good and I said no that I was VERY disappointed because I had been there 2 hours and she was still with the same customer who knows how long she had been with them before i got there and he wanted to help me, I just wish he would asked me earlier if I needed help. He said he did see me earlier. Well sorry best buy i will never go back. Its not like you all had customers because i was the only one in line. You all need to get more employees to help out.
