I have been seeking a new set of headphones/earbuds for several months now. I detest our throw away consumer culture and I want good quality electronics. I went to Best Buy, Target, Walmart, and I searched Amazon and other sites until I was stupified. 

Then I walked into Mr Moon's little shop in the unassuming town of Elgin, Texas. Mr Moon asked me about what I did and how I would use my headphones. He directed me to several items and told me the ins and outs, the good and the bad. I feel I bought the right product and I paid a fair price. 

He has owned the shop for more than a decade and is a local guy. He knows his products and will tell you if he has what you need or not. Mr Moon and his son are sound shopkeepers and engaging people. If you need expertise (which you cannot find all that often in big box stores) come on over to Elgin and spend some time at the Radio Shack.

*****A few months later*****

This headset is nifty. Thanks to Mr Moon Hong over at Elgin Electronics! They send vibrations through my jaw bones and don’t stick into my ear canals. I can hear in almost any noisy condition. I’ve had these things for several months now and they are by far the best “headphones” I’ve used. Honestly, I purchased my Bose NR headphones back in 2012 and they definitely have better sound, but perfect sound is not why I bought these bone-vibrators. I needed to listen to my NPROne app and still hear the traffic around me. The Bose NR technology today is so good, I was afraid I might not hear something important coming at me. These TrekzTitanium headphones are exactly what I needed. And they didn’t cost me $350. Bose-boo!

Mr Moon may be knowledgeable but he is burdened by your presence.  The WORST Radio Shack I have ever been to. Lousy service AND rude.!

They are very helpful and if I need a part they don't have he goes out of his way to get it for me.
