The staff is very helpful. If the associate does not know the answer, he or she will get help. This I find is most user friendly instead of just giving lip service by saying "I'm sorry", the associate went and got help for my questions regarding my purchase today. I have not had a bad experience at what I consider my store. Thank you.

If you like being jerked around when you try and return or exchange something (even for the same product, and even within the 14 days all their sales people swear by) this is the place to go. Ask for holly the manager there, not only does she Immediately set the mood by never smiling, she acts like you’re wasting her time and has attitude, that’s exactly what I look for when I’m being overcharged for the same product I can literally get anywhere else for cheaper! Another time I returned something to this store and the idiot in customer service didn’t give me the full amount back that was on my receipt, then when I went to buy the same product (since you can’t just swap it) I was charged the tax again + the amount I wasn’t reimbursed on the store credit they gave me, when I complained they told me the tax had changed. WHAT?!?!? Are you actually high right now? In the last week the tax has changed, when the product price is the exact same. Unbelievable, if there was a Frys more conveniently located to me I would never go here again.

Paul from the gaming department, was super awesome today. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient ,excellent customer service. Helped me with a solution to my cell phone problem. Paul I appreciate your help today. Your are great I glad you love your job at best buy. Thank you . You made my day.

Terrible customer service! I called several times and they just let the line ring and ring. Then they pick up the receiver and hang up without acknowledging me on the line. Been in that store many many times and have seen employees just standing around, not helping anyone. Is that what they get paid for? Is it the consumers like myself the reason they have jobs? Step up your customer service game Best Buy! Incompetence is the reason I buy online.

Was there today (11-1-17) and purchased couple of items. I had 3 Reward Zone certificates and a coupon of 10% off. I handed them over the Certificates and the coupon. I didn't notice until I got home that the 10% wasn't applied. I immediately called the store in Downey and spoke to a representative. They couldn't help me out and asked to be transferred to the Store Manager. Someone did speak, but it wasn't the Store Manager. He said that I had to return to the store to get that 10% off. Informed him that I can't and it's in inconvenience for me to go their wait in line and waste gas for a mistake that their Staff made. I asked him if they can do it over the phone? I mentioned that I have the reciept. He said no, that I have to come to the store. I then ask to be transferred to the Store Manager. He said he's busy (Adrian). Didn't get the last name. Informed him that this is not the 1st time that I had come accross Bad Customer Service.
