I really like this place. Great prices and products!

I find their employees to be very responsive and knowledgeable.  I have bought several major appliances here and three televisions - and in every case, we have bought high quality at discounted prices.  If you have a repair issue, do NOT contact the number that sends you to another country where they can't understand you; call the Hickory store and talk to the manager; they handle the contact for you so that you're not frustrated.  Good place!  Good values!

Went in searching for an appliance suite.  After visiting numerous places, we thought we had found the store.  had a girl wait on us, she was very knowledgable and helpful.  she quoted us a price and we left.  we came back two days later to purchase and showed the manager because the new salesman said he could not honor the price.  she had written it on a scratch pad so they would NOT honor this price.  The manager increased it 500.00 and obviously wasn't even interested in helping us so we left and went to best buy.  So glad we did.  They ended up having a better price by 200.00 than the first sales lady had quoted us.  they have now delivered and set up FREE which was also 79.00 here (but you get a credit in store) .  not darkening the doorway of this chain again.  we were treated badly when we were walking in a store to BUY!!  and pay cash!!

Would not even give it 1 star, but you have to give it something. Do theverything people even want to sell something? Walked around the store, brought our own tape measure, thank goodness....waste of time!!

They sold us a two piece living room suit that isn't What we ordered. The love seat doesn't recline on one end. We have tried number of times to get this fixed. They won't respond to us. When they did decide to come and fix it three weeks later,they cancelled. There is always something coming up, or they don't respond.
