Excellent company to work with, on time and professional. This is the real ADT, a company that's been around for well over 100 years. 100 years! They must be doing something right. We love our system and the way it sends us a text when the kids get home from school. It's a great feature. We"ve been with ADT for 3 years and have no complaints. Everything works perfectly and we feel safe with ADT monitoring the system. Highly recommend!

Do not recommend it, and you might think twice before hiring it. I hired this company for a home security alarm, and I had an incident. My alarm went on, I was at work and all they did was give me a call and request the password. I asked the guy if he could at least wait for me to get there and give me a call back so I would be able to see if something happened. Nothing. So, the deal is just having an e-mail or a phone call whenever your alarm goes on, that other companies do it for 25% of the price. And if you are not satisfied with the service provided, they won't be very friendly towards you. I called today and the guy simply said "Sir, you will have to pay 250 dollars if you decide to cancel your service and I'm not sure what you expected us to do", and when I requested to speak with a supervisor, he simply said: "I don't have one for you". So yes, they will come quick and install everything as fast as they can, but think 10 times before hiring this company, these days there are other ones a lot cheaper and with friendly people offering the same service.
