Just made a mess of upgrading the phone. Later charged me with two phones instead of one. Manager just doing the easy parts and giving the hard parts to the other staff. They were full and he never finished with customers. The staff Didn't really know the products well enough. Love T-Mobile but definitely not this store.

The worst customer service I had in my lifetime has one name - T-mobile. Back in September, someone in this store made me buy the service by lying that T-mobile is getting rid of family plans "from tomorrow on, so you have to buy NOW!". I paid a lot for sim activations and things, I was also lied to that deposit is non refundable. Never used 2 of the cards and calling T-mobile weekly, trying to sort anything out has literally become my hobby. Their Customer Support is helpless as well, unfortunately. So after half a year I had to give up, as this "hobby" was taking more time than gym. I Let them have their plunder and just said, "yes sir, just take my money". Deposit from $100 shrank to $50. There is a good side to that: after spending a lot of time and money in the last half a year, I finally have nothing to do with T-mobile anymore!!! Oh YES, I am happy! I hope the person working there has achieved his monthly goal... It gave me aaa LOT of troubles. Cancelled my account with them two months ago and have not yet received my deposit refund.Would never choose T-mobile again.

Nov. 1st switched from Verizon to T-mobile, but T-mobile service/software is not compatible w/Verizon phone and caused phone to malfunction. T-mobile would not compensate my payment for service nor my device, but said I buy a T-mobile phone at full price. T-mobile in-store rep call police to remove me from store due to my disatisfaction and complaning. T-mobile Sucks and so does the Manager who runs this location. I give them No Stars, had to click 1 to post!

Regarding EDGER or EDGAR - do not remember exactly his name - Nov 18, 2016 - I got an email from TMobile offering 2 lines free to my existing account. The special, according with the email was only for this weekend. I went to the strore, waited 45 min in the line and asked for the promotion. Edger processed me first but he told me my request is not possible. I offered to show him the email with the promotion but because I could not load it I told Edger to jump to the next customer waiting so I don,t keep people waition. When I found the email I showed it to the other seller in that store - a guy very nice and helpful ( do not remember his name - he is a hefty, tall black ). He tried to process my request but he said there is a problem in the system and he needs to call for help. Right after Edger came back in helping me and took over the process. He did not call but informed me I can not add a free line to my acc without changing my plan - he told me I'll have to pay more for the new plan in order to get the free line. I told him I called customer care before and they confirmed it is possible to add the free line without changing my plan but Edger got stuck in his NO so I thanked and left. He did not made any phone call to ask for help in my case or did anything really to help me. At home I called TMobile customer care and they added the free line to my EXISTING acc. I;ll get the sim in the mail in a few days. The sim and shipping was free.

Excellent customer service. Ask for Edgar and he will do his best to make sure you get what you need.
