Even though I came in about 10 minutes before closing time, they didn't rush to finish my hair. My stylist was Dawn. She did a great job of keeping me informed about what she was doing to my hair, having an opinion and not making much small talk without being awkward. Dawn took her time and did a great job.

This location is WONDERFUL.... we previously visited another location nearby and it wasn't up to par. Walked in the North Olmsted location and were very impressed at its cleanliness and layout. 
Took my son back last week, and also sent my boyfriend in last week as well. 
I'm also going back in a few days for a color service. 
At my first visit, my stylist, Caitlin, also gave me some coupons, which we've been using as well, so that really sealed the deal. 
All our cuts (8 yr old son, myself and boyfriend) were perfect.

Unbelievable horrible haircut.  I have naturally wavy hair and asked for layers.  There is actually a spot about 1" round near the top of my head where you can see my scalp.  I tried styling it curly and then straight and the spot shows no matter what.   The rest is uneven and long in some spots, shorter in other.   I have no choice now but to let it grow out for about six months.   I am 52 years old and have never had a cut this bad in my life.

I visited this Best Cuts last weekend while staying in the area.  I have never visited any of the Best Cut salons before as they do not exist in my hometown of Columbus, Ohio; however, I was familiar with the Regis chain of salons.  I decided to call them to see if they accepted walks-ins as I was in desperate need of a serious trim.  I called them and was advised that they had little wait time that afternoon. Arriving less than five minutes later, I was able to be seen within a couple of minutes by Debbie.  Debbie did a wonderful job!  In fact, I believe she did a much better job than my usual $37.50 a cut stylist at a designer salon in Columbus!  Unfortunately, I couldn't talk Debbie into moving, so I will have to visit the area and this Best Cuts location again.  A+ for the cut and bang for the buck!
