John is my Favorite!!! He does the BEST manicure and gel polish, I've EVER gotten ~ ANYWHERE....I have also had random techs too (when he's off) and never gotten a bad one...but I ALWAYS request him because it LASTS the longest and he does the best at intricately clipping away that cuticle without any pain, for the best polish job!!

I went because they had Sunday hours. The workers were not friendly at all, ignoring my mother and I when we came in. We sat and waited for close to 30 minutes before it became clear we were not going to be served. I will not be going back.

Average to below average. I've gone 3 times and the third time was the most disappointing. The worker wasn't pleasant and half my nails have streaks or specks in them. Not worth the money or the irritation of having PAID for nails look like crap for 2 weeks. This happened the last 2 times I've gone so I wouldn't give them another chance. On to the next I guess.

I went there a month ago to get a pedicure and I got an older lady who cut me (twice) and didn't bother to acknowledge it until I jumped when she put nail polish remover on the area. I went there today and had a great experience! I recommend Mi (my) or Mimi. Mi took care of me today and I had no problems, plus my toes look amazing! Overall highly recommend!

I went here with my friend and It was my only day off after working 15 hour days for 7 days straight. So I wasn't dressed the best (concert T-shirt and leggings) and I wrote my name before my friend did. My friend got called over right away. I waited for 20 minutes before I realized I was not going to be served. So I went over to where my friend was sitting waiting on her person her nails weren't even started so we left and went to exotic nails. We will never be back.
