The store was really clean, and the staff was extremely nice and well experienced! The experience blew my mind, I'm really picky about having my children's hair cut but I didn't have a single complaint! We will be here again!

I am highly upset with my visit. The stylist Ashley did not follow directions at all! I told her exactly how I wanted my bangs cut. Then she argued with me when I told her she did it wrong. Mind you before she even cut the bangs I asked if she is comfortable doing it. She said yeah , so I trusted her.  Told her not to cut alot off and to keep the length on the sides around my eyes and face long. Then she chopped them! I became so upset with her arguing with me that I told her to just let me out of the chair.  Hair unfinished and uneven. Now I have to walk around with a fucked up hair cut until it grows out becuase it can't be fixed ! I shouldn't have paid !

Liz is the only person I now trust with my hair. She does exactly as I ask and if I'm unsure of what I want, but have a small idea, she still gives a great haircut. Liz never disappoints. She is the only reason I come here.
