Well, Best Pizza ended up being a memorable experience at least! We ordered a pizza at 11pm following our arrival at our hotel. We were told the delivery time was 45 minutes, and by 12:15 am I called Best Pizza to get an update as to why there was a half an hour delay. The Best Pizza employee would not give me an ETA on when it would be delivered so I stated I was canceling my order since I had to wake up at 4am for my flight. The employee than said that we should not cancel the order since my  pizza had been "in transit" since 11:25 and would arrive at our hotel shortly. That means the pizza was sitting in the car for a total of 50 minutes!! I then told him I definitely wanted to cancel my order and he ended up just hanging up on me. My wife and I than went to bed, only to wake up at 12:55am at the pizza delivery man banging on our hotel door (meaning the guy I talked to on the phone did not deliver the message that my order was canceled and also it took 1 hour and 55 minutes for my pizza to get delivered). The delivery man aggressively knocked on the door for 2 minutes only to than have the front desk call our hotel room. We did not answer for the following reasons: 1. we were sleeping 2. we had to wake up in 3 hours 3. The pizza sat in a car from 11:25 to 12:55 and 4. It took almost 2 hours to be delivered to us!!  Terrible (but a funny/memorable) experience. I would not trust this company at all!

I ordered wings, jalapeno poppers, and mozzarella sticks,  I'm a traveler and wanted something quick while I'm trying to get some sleep between travel arrangements. I ordered at 9:23 pm and didn't get my food until 10:51. All of my food wad cold by the time it got here. Clearly they need more delivery drivers as the gentleman that showed up at the hotel had another  4 deliveries!!! I feel bad for the people behind me in the order list!

The food is good. Delivery is ok. I think the delivery charge is a bit too much but hey, its Atlanta.

I had 2 orders of fries and 2 extra large pizzas. Fries were okay, and the pizzas were great. The only issue was it took an hour and 10 minutes when I live literally 5 minutes away by driving.

Ha! Wish I could have given them no stars, took an hour and 15 mins to bring my pizza and when I called to cancell it because I have things to do early in the morning the woman/man was so rude! Told me that it’s been sent out and they don’t know what the problem is and if I don’t want it to tell the delivery guy and hung up on me. THIS PLACE IS TRASH. It’s sad that the hotel I’m staying at is advertising them
