I have visited this BW many times over the past 6-8 years due to business and church conferences.  I have found them to be excellent in their professionalism and courteous behavior.  Check in and out are very streamline and easy.  There are several sandwich shops, variety of restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance of the room as well as novelty shops and antique stores.
The rooms are clean and well maintained and the bed is quite comfortable.

On 4th street off Clovis ave. 3 stories looks great on the out side. Not so impressive inside. Friendly staff, complementary breakfast, dryer in laundry room doesn't work very well. Not the worst place I've ever stayed.

Courteous service, good accommodations and price. We stayed in a normal room. Air conditioning works very well, a must-have during the summer time. Breakfast is fairly standard and includes the typical variety of foods. Rooms seemed pretty quiet.

This motel was a decent price thru Costco. Breakfast was pretty darn good. But the a/c isn't great, we had to get the desk staff to help us with getting it to cool. We used the dryer and even though it went full cycle clothes were still really wet. Fortunately we had a relative here in town that we could borrow their dryer. The coffee maker was broken so we had to bring it to the front desk for a replacement. Really just a mediocre place to stay. There are definitely other options.

Room was ok, it appeared to be an older facility. Staff were friendly, but quote slow and not familiar with their duties. Breakfast was good but don't drink the coffee, real bad.
