This a good value. The room was clean, it uses modern bed coverings (washable duvets), the room was clean, the center courtyard, pool area is attractive. This is an older property with conference rooms, a bar and two restaurants. The type of place that no doubt the Rotary Club used to meet. It is a bit dated and shows a little wear but it is well maintained, the rooms are large, the climate control works, they had good towels and sheets, good TV selection, nice desk and chair in the room & a cozy bar and Starbucks across the street. It's a good value.

This is a good place to stay with large groups of students. There are restaurants near and the pool is a good escape from the heart. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Had a double queen bed room, the beds were horrible with humongous dents/divots that made so uneven it was impossible to sleep at all. Obviously they have been way overused beyond the point where they should have been replaced. Also the bathroom floor still had, guessing here, pubic hair around toilet and shower. Also had to pay for a small toothbrush and toothpaste, which is ok but I've never had a hotel charge me for that before. I will say that the front counter staff when I checked in was very nice, courteous and professional.

The first impression was pretty good until we got into the room and found that it was kind of dirty hasn't been vacuumed very well and kind of dated. All night long I could hear the person above us walking around back and forth back and forth. The pool was okay but there was some concrete that was kind of sticking up around the pool and one of the steps in the pool to get out of the Deep Side was sharp and cracked broken I guess.
