Rooms were absolutely wonderful. Typical hotel expierence. The showers hot/cold were funky, it would switch between extremely cold or really hot every couple seconds, other than that it was clean and made nicely. Outside was ghetto, but that's a given. Overall a nice expierence. Wish there breakfast was better but I'm not complaining too much.

I formed a positive opinion of this place, from the time that I booked the room.  The person on the phone was friendly and helpful.  At check-in, the experience was also positive, with no wait,  a brief but thorough run-down of the amenities, and friendly service from Nora.  I had a little trouble with the room key and she walked to the room to make sure the replacement key worked, despite the 111 degree temperature.  The room is simple, clean, and comfortable.  Located right next to a Starbucks and across the street from Fresno State, this place is a hidden gem.  Thanks for a great stay.

Had to call maintenance to unclog toilet. As for unused clean towels. Fridge was filthy and unplugged. Water goes from hot to cold to hot and so on. We didn't take or damage anything and did not get refund on deposit. Housekeeping will make up lies about damages. This is not the first time. But was our last stay. Stay away from the craphole.

Pretty decent hotel. Seems to have a lot of shady people walking around the hotel though. Other than that, it's pretty good.

The free breakfast was basic but appreciated as it saved our party of 5 a good chunk of change. The staff had set up the crib we requested in our reservation. That made our 2:30am arrival less painful. Thank you!! They also allowed my cat to stay since I didn't want to leave it overnight in 100 degree heat during the heatwave, as we are moving and had him in tow. Thanks again!!
