I stayed there this weekend with my family which included two small children specifically for the indoor pool. The hotel look nice, was clean and the room overall was good. However the refrigerator in the room does not work and the indoor pool was cold as ice. When I complained about it the front desk said it just came out of maintenance and they would advise the maintenance crew of the cold temperature. 12 hours later it wasn't any warmer. Also there were no pool towels in the morning and when I advise the front desk there still was no towels at the pool as of 12 PM. Visually everything looks good but operationally they don't care much about the pool and his needs.

We parked long term here and the customer service was absolutely great! They shuttled us over to the airport. They were very courteous. Highly recommend.

I had a reservation and came in to check in. The lady said there wasn't a room available. I decided to wait out front. I didn't see her, but my friend then checked in and got a room immediately. I went back in and asked about checking in and she said there was no room again so I sat in front of the front desk and observed. She checked in 5 different people before I decided to ask again, this time to another check-in person. She found a room, but before I was helped, another person went to the person who helped me before, without a reservation, and was offered a room for LESS than I paid with a reservation and they had a room available. Interesting chain of events...

I stayed here for Father's day weekend! And I took my kids (14+10) with me... We absolutely LOVED it! The indoor pool was the best, being it was 107 outside! It was so relaxing, I will actually be going here anytime I'm in Fresno! I highly recommend it!

I loved the pool and tropical landscaping in the Center of the hotel. Though the building has been around awhile, the rooms were beautifully remodeled, stylish, modern, and comfortable. I slept great and walked out my sliding glass door for a dip in the pool in the morning. Cookies at check-in are always a positive bonus for this cookie lover! I will be back next time I am in Fresno.
