Do not stay at this hotel, the housekeepers are thieves.. when you allow into your room while you not there , they steal valuables and deny it. I left my ultimate ears mega boom box at this hotel while I checked out. Called back the same day just for them to tel me they couldn’t find it. Managers was not helpful at all. My advice is to stay away or possibly don’t bring your valuables into this hotel. At your own risk.... if there’s a 0 rating I’d give that.

Excellent customer service. I got here too early before my check in time, after a long night at work. I was given the best service ever and allowed to check in early and my room was clean In less than 10mins👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

We got the romance package at the hotel. We got there around 8pm. Turns out they over looked our package. Long story short, they did make up for it by giving us points and extending our stay (after asking). Still sucked but the hotel was nice and breakfast was delicious

The hotel was clean and new. The room was nice, but small. It worked for my one night stay, but if I was staying longer, I would have preferred a bit more space. There were a lot of nice amenities and I enjoyed the hot breakfast! I would definitely stay here again.

We drove down to Kingsburg to visit family, This hotel is one of our favorites. The king room suite was very nice, cozy. The bed was super comfortable as well as the pillows! Hotel staff are exceptional! The breakfast the next morning is really good and a nice variety, very fresh and ready! This hotel gets 5 stars! Hotel is clean, staff is amazing, rooms are very nice, food delicious! I recommend this hotel to anyone!
