Nice quiet location. Close enough to downtown and the Dover Air Force Base, yet far enough for it to be a quiet location. Room was spacious and clean. Microwave and fridge in the room along with the usual clothes iron, hair dryer etc. The service could have been better. The included breakfast had very limited options. Overall, a mostly satisfactory stay.

It was a pleasant one day stay. Hotel refurbishment which is underway, seems to be nearing an end. Staff members were courteous, and public areas were clean. We did not stay long enough to take advantage of the amenities being offered.

-Bedbugs all over the carpet. -Front desk hostess working while holding a newborn baby. -Lobby area smells like cigarettes and public restrooms. This place is a slum! After having an experience where we were greeted by a front desk hostess who was working with a newborn baby, and then being given a room that had bedbugs all through the carpet, we chose to leave and stay elsewhere. It's obvious the cleaning crew doesn't do a very good job, as the carpet had things on it from the previous guest, along with BEDBUGS! The bathroom had not been cleaned properly, and it was obvious as there was still dried urine on the toilet. This place is disgusting, and I will not stay here under any circumstances. They offered us a credit for a free room the next time we're in town, but we declined it. I'd rather pay $150 a night at the Marriott, than to stay in this bedbug-infested slum, for free.

The place first of all was very clean, appearance was very very nice, they take very good care of their business that's for sure. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and quick service to my check in. The room was immaculate and clean, Wi-Fi worked very well, the breakfast was Awesome! The very best continental breakfast I've had north of the Mason Dixon line for sure. You have to check out the pancake machine! Unbelievabe! Food quality and freshness straight up 10! Very reasonable rates , friendly service, incredible breakfast, what more can you want. Thank you Best Western !

Terrible! The smell of smoke was intense and the bed made our skin crawl. We decided to sleep in our car for the night instead. I definitely wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
