The rooms were clean, and most staff were courteous and helpful. However, someone on our floor was having a party, and they were smoking a lot of cigarettes and marijuana. My husband went down to the front desk to complain around 10 PM, and there were multiple other guests complaining. The front desk attendant was dismissive and didn't seem to know what to do. She finally called the owner, who had the police come 2 hours after the initial complaint. My children have asthma, and none of us could sleep with the smell coming into our room. The next morning at Check out, I asked the new attendant about the incident. She was also dismissive, didn't offer an apology or an attempt to make the stay more positive. While I know it is not the hotel's fault the guests behaved the way they did, staff response (or lack there of) was disappointing.

I've been staying at this hotel whenever I visit my family for years and the staff is always very helpful. The breakfast is nice and the food is fresh whenever I go. The rooms and lobby are clean and nice. I'd recommend it.

Recently renovated rooms and lobby brought back life to this hotel. Probably one of the best options in Dover now. Breakfast is good with a good amount of options. The only thing that was a bit of a let down was the condition of the bedding (blankets, sheets, etc.). Some of it definitely shows it's age, and feels damp. Overall a good stay!

Rooms were clean and they had a busy weekend with lacrosse players , no noise at all slept great even though the place was packed. Pool is small but nice new and clean. Cool little hot tub. Close to everything

Room was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful, even when we had a problem with Priceline canceling another room, even though we never cancelled and niether did the hotel. The breakfast was ok, it even had hot options.
