This was a great weekend getaway in off season! We had originally wanted to stay somewhere else but this ended up being a blessing in disguise. Totally fair price for the accommodations and much greater accommodations than other hotels of this manner. Easy check-in and check out. Only complaint and main reason for 4 stars was the bedroom tv. It was like a 20" or smaller haha but otherwise, everything was great for a quick little trip. Definitely would stay again and maybe even extended because the beach is right their and there's plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. 👌

Small hotel with excellent location and amenities for adults. This is the place to stay when you are looking for a home base while you explore Lewes and Rehoboth. Close to good restaurants and shopping while be fat enough away to avoid the crowds noise.

amazing rooms, very nice and clean. only complaint was the small tv in the bedroom. Though we didn't watch very much tv, it was so small we really couldn't even if we wanted. But overall great experience, will definitely go back when we can.

Great location, 5 minute walk to all Lewes restaurants, bars and shops. Free parking which is great since parking is limited in Lewes. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff.  We had the smallest room which had same amenities as larger suites. Room had plenty of space and storage. Included very functional "butler pantry" with sink, refrigerator, microwave. And don't miss using their top-of-the-line coffee/espresso/cappuccino machine.  Great way to start your day!

The hotel staff was extremely friendly, they gave us various recommendations for restaurants, stores, and beaches. The hotel was lovely, with nice amenities such as 24 hour coffee and fruit bar, rooftop pool, and sauna. The room was large with a balcony and a fireplace, would def visit again.
